this is a good book, i've extremely enjoyed reading it. i had to shop for this for my public speaking category, however its not sort of a textbook. it reads sort of a regular informational book, and contains a ton of helpful info. counseled for anyone who needs some skilled advise on the way to improve on your public speaking.
